On Wednesday the 5th we received our Johnson & Johnson vaccine at the Brunswick CVS. We can now see vaccinated family and friends after a long absence. We have been up to all sorts of activities since arriving stateside: ordering parts, working on boat projects, attending a fundraiser, going to a shrimp fleet blessing, volunteering at a food bank, a low country boil, house sitting, visiting historic Fort King George, attempting to get back into running routine, and dental cleanings. We are currently looking into a weather window to sail to the Chesapeake next week for the annual haul out. For this window we need four days of wind with a southern component to align for safe travel in the Gulf Stream. More updates to come!
