Another move to the south as we travel to Fishing Bay in Deltaville, Virginia. In the entrance pass we drop a fender and are unable to recover due to limited maneuverability in the narrow channel. Amazingly as we anchor, the fender has gone around a point with the current against the prevailing wind and drifts past us to shore. Jim launches the dinghy and recovers it. Amy promptly names the fender Wilson. We go ashore and walk a mile to a local restaurant. The heat is brutal, but it is good to stretch our legs again.
